Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $99 within the United States. Orders under $99 qualify for standard shipping at just $5.99.
How long does shipping take?
We offer two shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (Free on $99+): 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping ($19.99): 2-3 business days
Please note that processing time is 1-2 business days before your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Delivery times vary by country, typically 7-21 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@ankso.us with your order number. We'll investigate and work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at hello@ankso.us. We can update your address if your order hasn't shipped yet. Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
Do you offer expedited or overnight shipping?
We offer Express Shipping (2-3 business days) for $19.99. This is our fastest shipping option. Unfortunately, we don't currently offer overnight shipping.
What carriers do you use?
We primarily ship via USPS and other reliable carriers to ensure your golf equipment arrives safely and on time.
Will I have to pay customs fees for international orders?
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are the customer's responsibility.
Can I use my discount code with free shipping?
Yes! You can use discount codes like WELCOME15 in combination with our free shipping offer on orders over $75. Your discount will be applied to your order total.
