Shipping Times

  • Standard Shipping: 10-18 business days
  • Express Shipping: 5-8 business days (if available)
  • Processing time: 1-3 business days before shipment
  • Times may vary during peak seasons or holidays

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
  • Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount (check at checkout)
  • Express shipping available at additional cost

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Good news: Hong Kong is a free port with no import duties or VAT on most goods!

  • No customs duties on golf equipment
  • No sales tax or VAT
  • Minimal customs processing for most shipments
  • Carrier handling fees may still apply in some cases

Tracking Your Order

  • International tracking may take 24-48 hours to update

Delivery

  • Packages are delivered by Hong Kong Post, SF Express, DHL, or other international carriers
  • Signature may be required for high-value orders
  • Most deliveries are made to your door or building reception
  • If you're not home, carrier will leave a notice with pickup instructions

Lost or Delayed Packages

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order
  • Include building name, floor, and flat number for accurate delivery
  • We cannot change the address once the order has shipped
  • Address correction fees charged by carriers are the customer's responsibility
