Shipping Policy
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How much does shipping cost?
- Standard Shipping: flat $5.99
- FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $100 or more
- Heavier or oversized items may show a different rate at checkout. You will always see the exact shipping cost before you pay.
How long does shipping take?
Our products ship from US-based fulfillment partners. Delivery typically takes 5 to 15 business days from the date your order is placed. If your order contains items from more than one fulfillment partner, they may arrive in separate packages.
Some circumstances outside our control (weather, holidays, carrier delays, etc.) may cause shipping postponements. While most packages arrive on time, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If your order arrives in more than one package, you will receive tracking for each one.
What if my order is lost in the mail?
Each order ships with insured shipping to protect against packages lost in transit. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement at no cost to you once the carrier's investigation confirms the loss.
If a package is refused or returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, or a missed delivery attempt, reshipment is available at the customer's expense. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Taxes
Prices are shown in USD. Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout based on your shipping address.
