Shipping Policy

What locations do you ship to?

We are currently offering free delivery in US shipping on every order over $100! but transit time will vary from location to location. 

How Long Is The Shipping Time?

Our orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

• Average transit times to the United States: 5 – 20 Business days
• Average transit times to International: 17 – 45 Business days

Some circumstances are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the shipping company's responsibility

Will I receive a tracking number for my package?

Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as postal delays or customs inspections. Thank you for your patience and understanding. 

What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?

Each order ships with insured shipping to protect against packages lost in transit. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement at no cost to you once the carrier's investigation confirms the loss.

If a package is held at customs, refused, or returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, a missed delivery attempt, or unpaid customs duties, reshipment is available at the customer's expense — please double-check your shipping address before placing an order, as we are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address information.

Are there any hidden customs fees or import taxes?

All prices on our web page are displayed in USD with all taxes completely covered on our end. However, depending on your location and laws in your area, you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Please seek additional guidance based on your location and the associated import laws. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Extended Delays

In some instances, the delivery time may take longer than our policy states. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help you resolve any situation that we have control over.
